This is a filler as it's a wet miserable day today and I haven't been out yet. This swallow was perching on a telegraph wire in Wood Lane and he had been preening himself - getting ready for me to take his picture no doubt! I stopped off at the Bus Shelter that usually provides a home for swallows and their young and lo and behold Mrs Swallow was sitting on her nest. I've just got to keep an eye on things so that I can get some shots of the babies peering over the top of the nest!
