This goldfinch was posing on the millet in the field opposite the RSPB in Sandy when I visited this morning. I met all sorts of people up there and now find myself a member of the "coffee club" that meet on Tuesdays. One of the people who comes up with the walkers organises coffee and biscuits which you can eat while watching the birds on the feeders near the shop. For a £1 I had coffee and a wagon wheel - yummy!
