The light is really poor this afternoon and although I walked along Wood Lane and saw 2 buzzards, my images were awful. I decided to post a shot of this collared dove instead as she was more obliging perching on the feeder outside the kitchen window.

Beautiful capture!! Lovely closeup!! One of our collared doves has hurt it's foot and is struggling to stand upright. So sad to see this as it looks like it's mate is collecting twigs for a nest. Fav
