It is a bit showery today but the polyanthus didn't mind. However, I haven't had time to look out for birds as I have been trying to sort out Steve's car insurance and it seems impossible!!! It seemed like a good idea for him to go for Aviva as it was cheaper than the price quoted by a local company and we had seen it on uSwitch. However, when you come to do it, Aviva who I am with seem to make it impossible to pay for insurance for Steve. We get so far and then it wants me to log in and I don't know whether I should log in as me or Steve as it says that I have a policy which I already know. Then it asks for identification so I try with my Driving License and Passport but it doesn't seem to like them either! I then tried with security questions and it is asking me for the rest of a number of a bond or pension and I can't find anything with the end numbers quoted. I am so frustrated that I have now given up. He will just have to pay a much higher premium with another company as I can't stand it any more!! Rant over
