The beach at Cala Mastella by rosiekind

The beach at Cala Mastella

This beach is only 50m long by 10m wide and on the right of this shot is the rocky path which leads to the restaurant in my main album. It is really lovely and the only thing you can hear is the water lapping gently on the shore and the sound of Spanish people chatting as there are no bars with music playing. It is very restful and with the trees, it is possible to lay in the shade which made things much more comfortable during what has been a heatwave in Ibiza.

I haven't stopped since we got home and I've managed to empty the cases, put the washing on the line and generally clear up. We were late arriving back at Luton as the plane which we came back on was late leaving Luton for Ibiza this morning due to fog! I'm glad there were no more suspicious packages left lying about as earlier in the week the airport had been closed while a controlled explosion took place and flights were diverted. The M1 was also closed so we were lucky to escape all that! It doesn't help that Steve hates flying at the best of times so I was relieved that we didn't experience any problems.
Super shot.
