Goldfinches

This pair seem to visit together so I think they may be a couple. I don't know how to tell a male from a female goldfinch as they seem to look the same but I'm sure that if someone on here knows, they will tell me.

Wonderfully colourful birds. According to Wikipedia the sexes are very similar with the female having a slightly smaller red area on the face.
