Water under the bridge

I think I have probably featured this bridge along Wood Lane before but I thought I would post another shot as it is a long time ago. I just like the view of the red bridge from this angle and it's taken from a public foot path running alongside yet another brook in the village.

Its nice to see a brick bridge - they mostly are made of stone! The grass is very wet but looks good in the photo!

It is a lovely little bridge and the perfect time to take it when surrounded by the fresh blossom. Just seeing this brings the smell of that blossom back into the study here.
