In the field

I love thrushes but you don't see very many of them. I was pleased to see this one pecking around the field of brassicas (I think). My father would say "you should know what these are!" I hope he's not watching me! LOL

Lovely shot, you are right Rosie, you don't see many Song Thrushes around these days, but strangely enough I came across quite a few today, they were mixed in with Blackbirds, Redwings, and Fieldfares.
