@equinoxe - sorry about deleting your previous comment! The set up is an old CD with a few water drops on it and a household torch shining onto them. Camera in autofocus mode and using the on camera flash. I then flipped the picture 90°.

I wasn't sure if it was one drop with a reflection or two separate ones. Very clever!
