@leananiemand I used a white plate and set white balance to tungsten. I think I boosted the highlights in post process as well but cannot remember!

Very pretty red. Nice color, and nice background. It looks almost like a professional food shot. Only thing would be two more lights on each side to eliminate the shadow... well done.
