This is beautiful. I love the composition, the color of the grass and the beautiful, cloudy sky. Everything provides such a beautiful contrast in this photo. It makes me want to be there, just to sit and feel the wind and soak in the sun. Peaceful (and probably cold, but I'll pretend warm in my daydream!)
@helenhall it’s a wildlife refuge in south west Oklahoma. It’s 8,570 acres of beauty. It was about a 4 hr drive from our home, but so worth it. Terrain is so different than the part of OK we live.
Really really pretty - I don't think I've explored the southeast portion of Oklahoma at all - don't think I've been south of I-40 much. This does look a lot different from north of I-40 - or the northwest side. Love the colors against the sky.
