A few years ago my best friend from the UK came to visit. We were going to have a drinks party and she taught me how to make Yorkshire pudding-appetizers. She taught me all things AGA and many culinary tricks since she was/is a Cordon Bleu trained chef. We put a slice of nice steak and some horseradish inside. I made these today and called her to tell her I was getting ready to dive in. She approved of the result of step one -remembering such good memories.
Having family and friends over this evening so we will serve them then.
