@ludwigsdiana the “Olivia way “ is more of an appetizer / starter : this is how she taught me: we got a nice sirloin -cooked it to a pink ribbon perfection then thinly slice. Place a slice with a smear or dollop of horseradish inside the pudding. It is always a huge hit😃
