Grammar or Spelling

The apostrophe is an error, is it a spelling or grammar error? I could be a tagger to correct urban written errors in bold red!

A feijoa is an early winter fruit and tastes like a mixture of strawberry, guava and pineapple. There is usually plenty of them where I live and a fruit I don't really like.

Hi, It's definitely a grammar error. They drive me up the wall! Especially as I remember having to sit in detention if I got it wrong at school!
