I was going to take this picture at work yesterday, but I chickened out. I quickly took it today. Cameras are not the norm at work.

These are handles to pouches that house defibrillator electrodes (the pads that go on the patient's chest to deliver the shock). The arrows aid the user which direction to pull the handle to tear the pouch open to release the electrodes.
