Sadly the flowers I got some weeks ago are really needing to go to the recycle bin......
but I loved the colours and textures that emerged when I took these photos. Almost felt-like textures in the rose..........but could never recreate that myself!
We have a new flower shop which opened in Oldmeldrum this week so perhaps I will pay a visit. The flowers I got from my colleagues came from there while the florist was still working from her garage. Hope her business flourishes as our little town, like so many others, has empty shop spaces.
Three good things
1. Skype to Melbourne and catch up with Laura
2. Collected my tickets for Kiev yesterday
3. French toast, bacon and maple syrup breakfast was such a treat.....think my taste buds are working properly again!
