deer skeleton at the museum

This is the first complete skeleton of a deer ever to be discovered. It was found on the Isle of Man in 1819 and brought to Edinburgh by the Duke of Atholl. In 1821 it was given to the University of Edinburgh and now stands in the National Museum of Scotland.
He was quite a striking feature of the lovely gallery.
beautifully framed in its case and well cropped shot - really interesting light and building and those antlers are excellent!

@gozoinklings Thanks Catherine! I have a lumix too and it's great but I'd left it at home and this was taken on my Samsung phone! I'm pretty pleased with the result!
