chicken with chorizo, leeks and cider

One of Allan's classic dishes (from Rick Stein's book) for lunch today........the aroma in the kitchen is wonderful and by the time it reaches the table you really just want to eat!!!
Three good things
1. Slept really late after all the garden effort yesterday!
2. Great food and all the better when prepared by someone else!
3. Chats, emails and Skype time.....so good to be in touch!
