We had a fantastic get together for our friends tonight.
Lots of laughter and delicious food at a favourite restaurant not too far from home.
And they did love their gifts. Jean's is the necklace and Pat's is the bracelet .....top and bottom sections! Real flowers inside the little 'drops'.
Three good things
1. everything worked out perfectly which was a relief as I'd coordinated lots of it as we hadn't seen each other much over the holidays.
2. Great food, great friends, great fun............
3. Wow I was so happy at how the cake looked when it was cut......the layers were lovely! I had delivered it to the venue after work today so it was a lovely surprise when they brought it through with candles lit!
