Couldn't pass this by without taking a photo on my phone today! It was quite grey at this point and rained soon after, but the warm colours in the wheelbarrows and pots along by the shops were so cheerful.
After my very leisurely Sunday I've had a really intense Monday! Cleaning in the kitchen! I think I understand the 'everything in closed cupboard' mindset but my kitchen isn't like that and I enjoy the little collections of dishes on shelves and in cabinets. But they do collect kitchen stickiness!!!
So that was one of the tasks today.......lots of hot soapy water and they are shining and back in place.
And some cupboards and drawers too. Feels very good but I'm glad to sit and watch tv now! More tomorrow............
Three good things
1. Remembering family and friends who gave us items I was washing today as wedding gifts...
2. Stuck to my 'no snacking' all day after so much lovely food when at Mum and Dad's!
3. Some photos from Jenn and David....Connor has grown such a lot since we saw him.......not long till they come to Scotland though!
