That was the name of our old house! But this house is just further up the burn.........(burn is Scottish word for a small stream!!)
This morning the glow of the colours and the greys of the trees by the burnside had a charm of their own.
Three good things
1. Day 3 of inset.......collaborative learning......some good things but I can think of lots of others that I could have got done too! Must be a balance somewhere!
2. Tidy up of my classroom before I came home so tomorrow should be fine
3. Allan safely at Mum and Dad's for the night. It's so nice to have a 'half way house' when he's travelling to Skye for study 'stuff' and they love that he comes to stay like that!
Home from home for Allan.....your dad & mum will love having him.. He will be fluent now I would think.......what a great accomplishment. Lovely burn.....I can see it might rise up rather alarmingly when lots of rain!
