I noticed this amazing vegetable growing in the garden at Mum's when I got there on Saturday. My sister had planted it.....but didn't have the pleasure of eating it....though I think she also planted some in her own garden at home.
It was so beautiful! Dad, as a mathematician, would have loved it! And it tasted delicious too.
