Love that the carnations I bought for Mum two weeks ago are still happy by the front door.
Three good things
1. Mum feeling well enough to come to church this morning.. first time for 6 weeks and she did get a lovely welcome.
2. Lovely lunch together
3. Home safely....though I was rather cross on the very packed two carriage train from Inverness (usually 4 carriages) as one selfish guy just sat there with his bag on the seat beside him, while clearly other people had no seat and the refreshments trolley was stuck at the other end of the rear carriage due to all the standing passengers there. 😳😳
They are lasting well! That is bad planning on the train incident. I would put in a complaint. And as for that guy with his bag on the seat - someone should have had the courage to ask him to remove it!
