So my adventure in online classroom CPD today was greatly improved by a tip from Allan, which had amused him last night.
I was just about ready at the dining room table when .................it was too good not to try and standing at the ironing table was so much better and perfect adjustable height!!!
Also, I could go for a walk around the room and boost my step count quite happily. Cameras were off so .........
I think my stress levels may have been relieved if I had known this some time ago.
Three good things
1. Laughter.....
2. Superb workshop sessions with realistic and inspiring presenters.
3. Unexpected meeting with happy family friends up the road! They had a lovely walk at a nearby National Trust property in the sunshine.
Hysterical title! After I had spinal surgery, I used to stand at the desk with keyboard on a stack of books and I used to use an ironing board to eat my food from! So this brought back memories and made me smile
