On a soggy morning how nice to have a cuppa and catch up with someone I've known a few years, and also loves 365!

@happypat Yes Pat we call them pancakes whatever their size and actually I just use the same recipe without sugar when I'm doing big savoury ones for chicken or fish! There is syrup in them too so a little sweet something. My mum's faithful recipe!
