Lovely to see some photos of places we enjoyed -thanks Pat (@happypat ) - and I just had to look out the photo of the first time we stayed at Pat and Harry's farm. We all remember it so well! And 'The Green Man' (pub) along the road where we had a great evening meal!
So here they are - in pink, at the farm, and next day (in the larger photos), and 3 at Christmas, and David (recently on holiday in Istanbul with Jenn -his significant other!)
Change is good and we still talk and laugh together!
Well goodness me Sallie I was surprised when I saw this , I so very nearly missed it !!!! Yes there they all are in out front garden in their pink tee shirts... isn't that wonderful ? Such sweet children, I loved having you !! Thank you so much for finding those pictures !!
@happypat glad you didn't miss it! It was a very special time in our lives as Allan had been made redundant just a few months earlier. I think we learned to make the most of everything and that night at Latus Hall set the scene for a fantastic holiday. Would love to retrace the steps all together but don't know if that will be possible! Memories are wonderful though! And so nice to still be in touch!
