vintage day at the park by sarah19

vintage day at the park

Glorious sunshine and so lovely for all the exhibitors at the park today! Hasn't been like this in recent years but it was buzzing today.
Quite entertaining walking up past them all on my way to church this morning. Amazing love and care goes into them all!
Three good things
1. Fun picnic lunch at Crathes after a ride on the train at the Royal Deeside Heritage Railway. No steam trains today but still enjoyable and Connor was very happy.
2. Quick tidy up - the family are off to visit friends so Allan and I whizzed round with hoover etc!!!
3. I hear voices.....they're home again!!
So you even take your camera to church! What a lovely event to pass on the way.

There would be a buzz in the village with all that going on!

Btw I can relate to the quick tidy up while you can!

Hee hee I find my phone camera very useful and I must admit I even used it in church to remind me of one of the hymns I rather liked today!
There were certainly lots more people around on such a lovely day. And a quick tidy up doesn't take long. I'm not a 'fussy grandma' but like to have a dash around and give the bathrooms 'a link and a promise' as my mum used to say.

Great the sun shone for this event and it looks well supported. the wee blue van belongs to a friend of ours - great to see it in your collage. A lick and a promise not heard that for a long time but amazing what you can do in a short time.

Looks like there were some fine autos on display there! The perfect day for an event in the park.
