In a very dry climate this plant is trying to survive the drought here in my garden

Nice! I don't recognise this plant, but it looks like it's drought-resistant. Looks a lot like similar plants I have had over the year, they adapt very well to drought and poor soil.

@nitrogene Thats true. I think the weather in Athens and Bloemfontein quite the same. Although we live FAR from the sea. Bloem is in the middle of south Africa. I would like to like to live at the sea. Such nice photos.
