My challenge from - mumswaby .@mumswaby I am your get pushed partner and I would like you to do a tryptych which tells a story.

My family loved this challenge! Thanks this was fun!
For those interested in the recipe:

30 Day Health muffins

500 ml bran
375 ml brown sugar
675 ml cake flower
5 ml bicarbonate of soda
5 ml baking-powder
250 gr raisins and nuts
125 ml cooking oil
5 ml vanilla essence
2 eggs
500 ml milk

Method: Mix all the dry ingredients. Mix the following oil, vanilla and eggs well and add to the dry ingredients. Bake in a patty-pan pan @ 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Keep the dough in an air tight container in the fridge and bake when needed. Dough keeps well for 30 days in a fridge.

@mastermek Ha ha this is a fast reply. The muffins isn't even cold enough for eating! O well by this time it must be, after struggling to translate the recipe.

A perfect tryptich, anything in the baking line goes down well! Interesting reading your recipe & seeing the slightly different names you use such as cake flour....never heard it called that before but of course I know what you mean!
