This young man is a builder working on a new house being built along the marina, and as I was walking past with my 4 dogs they were all having their lunch break. He came forward and asked if I would shoot him. That's a new experience for me! In the midday sun it wasn't ideal lighting, but I shot him and will take him a print tomorrow. Maybe I'll try and get something better earlier in the morning, or in the shade somewhere.
Fantastic Desi! I had that once too from a Polish construction worker - he wanted something to send back to his family in Poland to show them how he was getting on! Feels so good to know you did something for them, even if it was a small thing for you.
