I drew back the curtains and was amazed to see the area in front of the window flooded with silvery moonlight, so I decided I simply had to try and get a natural light photo in the moonlight. It's only Harriet I know, but perhaps tomorrow night I can try a selfie now I know the settings. It's a 20second exposure so I hope I can stay as still as Harriet ...
@photographycrazy@narayani Thank you. The light from the moon is sometimes unbelievably strong, although this was a very long exposure - about 20 or 30 seconds. I did put the lights on in the lounge to achieve focus as the light wasn't strong enough to be able to focus properly otherwise, and then turned off all the lights when I was ready to take the photo.
