Was awake well before 6am this morning, so decided to have a quick shower and don a pair of shorts to take the dogs out for a very early walk. It has been so darned hot lately that we have to go out very early or very late. And I thought we were over summer and heading towards winter now. Temps here on the west coast 39 C in the day.
