Got up reasonably close to a couple of smallish seals on a jetty. These are not like the seals in Cape Town - used to thousands of tourists buying fish for them. These are wild seals. They don't normally let people come close, especially not with two dogs attached to them. Seemed very lethargic, and dare I say, ill? This one had only one eye that opened at all, and even that eye was all gummy. I have sent a photo and message to Hout Bay Seal Rescue to see if there is anyone local to come and check on them
