I had actually taken and processed a picture of a lily with pollen covered stamens and fabulous textures, but it was fighting with the drab and flat light. I may put it up in the other album and fill a space with it, but there will be other days when the sun shines and brings the beauty out of the flora.
So, this shot.....Is an underexposed shot of the back of my Angle Poise lamp in my home office.
I tried several focal points and used very shallow dof and my macro lens, and this is my favourite by far. A little level tweak to burn out the light and hey presto, we have today's shot.
@lizzy_lu123@annbo@pictureitbig Thank you so much. It plays tricks on your eyes as well, it can look concave and convex. The crisp focus can appear to be the front and back of the shot. It is actually concave and the crisp focus is at the back.
