Today I drove up to Hull, a city that I lived in for 16 years.
I saw a very old and dear friend Neil who I was at University with. We went to my old local pub , The Polar Bear on Spring Bank, and to see Hull City v Southampton. I actually introduced him to his wife Hazel, and they are still happily married 24 years later.
My team, Southampton, won the game 2-0 and remain top of the league with 8 games left to play. If we finish in the top 2 we will be promoted to the FA Premier League to play teams like Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool.
I took a few shots using my new Lumix, but this was the shot that really summed up the performance and the evening seeing my old friend again. A really great team effort against Hull, who were unbeaten in 11 games.

@seanoneill I like the place, it has a lot of charms, unfortunately the natives tend to bring it down though. Always has that 'end of the road' feeling about it
