Those of you who follow me will know that my eldest son Sam is in a band called the Pretty Goodbyes.
They have spent the last four days recording their first EP.
The track list will be.
Green light district.
Dirty hands.dirty minds.
It's not cheating if you don't get caught.
Here they are today, Sam, Jacob, George and Spike. Anyone else think Sam is a dead ringer for Stewart Copeland from The Police?
Thanks to the boys for allowing me access to the studio. I am sure a middle aged guy hanging round for an hour was not cool, even if he did pay for a McDonalds for lunch!!
@soboy5 Cheers Danny, not easy today, I am glad that one or two worked out. I'd never been to the studio, so it was difficult finding somewhere to get them!!
Thats just amazing, good for them! Definately uncool having dad hanging around!!! Great image, is this their album (or whatever you call it these days) cover? Pretty cool shot Dad!!
@fannyb Well, much as I would like it to be, they probably think it is uncool to have themselves on the cover. I am trying to get shots of them so that they have a bit of an archive. Maybe they will thank me when they are rich and famous! Oh, and thanks too!
Great photo, love the pov and the crisp b & w, gives attitude to the shot! Am sure you are very proud and I bet they didn't mind you there really, doing a studio shoot!

Rather exciting for them & you too ...will watch for that name though I don't think my era will be in their sights somehow! Good luck to the boys & may they be famous one day so that you can live in the way you deserve!!!

Love the shot... how awesome they've recorded! This will be a shot like those "early Beatles" ones that pop up from time to time. You should get onto Ian "Molly" Meldrum now! (not sure you know who he is... music guru of Australia).
