It is time for me to send off my application form for the cricket matches at Trent Bridge next year.
An ODI against New Zealand, and the first Ashes Test against Australia. I am applying for tickets for everyday!
There is always a special atmosphere when we play both countries, and I cannot wait.
If any 365er is interested, I may have a couple of spare tickets for the Kiwi game and a couple for day 1 of the first test. Be quick though and be warned, the form is in the post first thing in the morning, and a lot of alcohol gets consumed!!!

Yes, I can predict with the utmost confidence, that the Ashes will return to their rightful owner next year... 5 tests? I reckon Aus 1 - Eng 0, with the remaining 4 matches draws because of the English weather. :-)

I expect a scorching summer, and a home win., and lots of songs about Mitchell Johnson and Ricky Ponting. BTW, we love both of them really. Us Brits love a pantomime villain. Whatever happens, I am sure that it will be a great series, full of twists and turns.
