Early bath~Cheerio

Sam and I went to see our football team today.

Those of you who have followed me for a while will remember that we support Southampton, which is my home town.

Today we had a relatively short journey to see them, 50 miles to Stoke.

We saw a fantastic game, which ended 3-3, though we did surrender a 3-1 lead and missed a glorious chance to lead 4-1! All that said, Stoke is a very difficult place to go, so I'm happy with that result!

In this shot, one of Stoke's players has been sent off (Red carded) for stamping on one of our players, and the Southampton fans are waving cheerio to him!!!
Great stadium shot, lots of atmosphere.

A very memorable shot to show how you enjoyed the game. I was an Ipswich fan back in the 60's in East Suffolk.
