Before I add comments about this shot, I want to wish my son Sam a very happy 16th birthday. I love you from the very bottom of my heart Sam, and I always will.
365, wow, what a year!
I've made some wonderful friends on 365, had some success with some photos, learned lots of new skills with camera and photoshop, and developed a bravery to take and master shots that I would never have seen or dreamed of a year ago. I have seen different parts of the world, laughed with people and cried with people. I have followed people who seem like me, and who are most definitely different to me, and enjoyed both in equal measure. I have sometimes overstepped the mark in my comments or critique on a photo, and on occassions feel the same has happened to me. That is part of the fabric of 365, so you learn to accept and even embrace it.
I have seen photos from Day 1 to Day 365 that have made me say wow, made my jaw hit the floor, that have taken my breath away.
Quite simply, I have loved every step of the journey.
Thanks to Ross, and to everyone who hosts challenges,posts blogs or just plain old posts their photos on 365. Whether you follow me or not, without all of you, there would be no 365, and without 365, my life would be less fulfilling as I am sure yours would be too.
You've been a great person to follow Sean and I hope we see more of you. You've summed 365 up perfectly, and congratulations on completing the project!

Second, but not less important, congratulations for finishing the first year of this project (I am really hoping you will continue). You expressed your feelings so wonderfully.

Hi Sean I have followed your photo posts for the last few weeks . There are some great photos and I've enjoyed catching up with the O'Neill's and East Leake. You have been very imaginative, and it has inspired me to join and start my own 365 project. Happy New Year to you and the family.
Ahh, I feel quite sad that several of the people that I have come to look forward to following are finishing their year! Hope you'll be staying around - have enjoyed following your project, especially as you have often opened your heart and soul to us all. Good luck in 2013 to you and yours. :)

That's a forearm of strength you have there, Sean. Really fab photo!! Looking at my friends list, I can see I followed @simon0128 early on and I distinctly remember finding you through him. You've both made me smile this past year and I've thoroughly enjoyed our interaction. Thanks for pushing me to get the 365 Home Baked thread going. It still exists in the background there somewhere and just maybe I'll fire it up again this year... Happy New Year and here's to another year of 365!!

@simon0128 I think you missed mine too, tiger. You'd been counting down to it and then breezed on past. To make your life easier, I'll continue to use my original 365 album this year, ok? :)
