An old photo of a stand of trees in Bradgate Park with a few deer scattered amongst them.
Rebecca, Ben and I are off to Bournemouth for a week tomorrow with our two nephews Matthew and Jonno. So, I will not be posting for a week or so. I'm hoping to get a shot a day at least, though the weather forecast is for a week of solid rain! I will be another year older when we return!
@simon0128 Give it a month Simon and on a clear day it is incredible, though now the deer rut is going on and if you are lucky on one of the organised deer walks.....
I hope you all have a great time and that the weather forecast is wrong and you get lots of sunshine!
This is smashing - pleasingly striking. I like the lines of cloud? contrails? and the tones and crop.
Have a good time in Bournemouth - a trip into the New Forest , my old stomping ground, would be great at this time of year.
This is a super shot by the way.
I really like your b&w images Sean just can't seem to get the hang of them myself!! Particularly like the vapour trail above the trees. Have a lovely week in Bournemouth.
Lovely image - not sure about the vapour trail. I remember Bradgate Park vaguely, once had a girlfriend from Leicester, we went there. Enjoy Bournemouth, happy birthday (we all have them!)
@bluefirebucket We've not heard from Sam, he wasn't allowed to take his phone because of d of e rules. We've had a great time in B'mouth but can't wait to see him on Monday.

Hope your all enjoying Bournemouth, have you heard from Sam?
No phone! Poor lad will think he's had his arm chopped off! :)
