This youngish duck (pretty sure it's a merganser variety) struck a pose and I took the shot. This was taken at Fishermen's Terminal last week. Seattle's weather has been rainy, cloudy so far this week. Thanks for your visits/comments. Enjoy your day.
Lovely shot, Gloria, your duck is a female Common Goldeneye, the male looks very different with a dark green head, and white cheek patch, but it still has that bright yellow ( Golden) eye.
