@vignouse Richard - This house is up the street from me. The owner is an artist. I don't like identifying too much about my neighbors or they might not let me snap shots anymore :). Anyway, if I catch her, I'll ask what she is doing with all of the metal cut outs. I'm luck to be surrounded by a number of artists in my neighborhood :).
