All the road sides where ever you drive are covered with cow parsley at the moment.

Cow parsley is incredibly beautiful - easy to take it for granted but when you look close it's amazing. It makes such a wonderful white froth along the side of roads and lanes right now

Yes, I think it looks lovely now it is being left to grow, but the rest of my family are suffering........ all three have awful hayfever !

I have no idea if cows eat cow parsley or how it got it's name. At the moment all the roadsides are covered in white. Ann, I had never thought of it as confetti but now you say I can see it. It is one of those plants you have to stop and really take a look at to see how delicately it is put together
