Thank you very much! I didn't think I would ever get a good picture of this crazy bird, I've never seen a bird preen itself as much as this one did. It finally stopped briefly then dipped its bill into the water which is why there is a drop of water on the tip of its bill.
@sparkle - Thank you Juliette! I didn't know if I was ever going to get its picture. It kept preening itself. Unbelievably, I was patient and it finally raised its head after rinsing it beak.
