I always look forward to putting up our Christmas tree. It reminds me of Christmases gone by and the many memories of our girls when they were little and then our grandchildren. It's warm glow reminds me of the light that came into a dark world offering rays of hope.
@maggiemae - Thank you Maggie! My wife started a tradition a number of years ago of buying an ornament for the girls and grandchildren each year and if we find something cute or out of the ordinary we pick them up.
