Sunshine Salad

i had decided to try a new recipe.. so i borrowed the ingredients from a local restaurant and attempted to duplicate the recipe.
The menu stated : Sunshine Salad - Served with your choice of grilled chicken on a fresh bed of crisp lettuce, freshly sliced cucumbers and strawberries, mandarin oranges, chopped pecans, and rasberry vinaigrette Dressing.

quite tasty! I would make this again soon.
the restauarants are back open, but with limited capacity and social distancing enforced. Also, one must wear a mask in, but can take it off once seated at the table. i actually rather enjoy preparing my own recipes at home.
