it was beautiful in toronto today, clear perfect blue skies, mild temperatures - we hit 11 degrees celcius, with just a hint of breeze. my back still buggers the hell out of me, but i didn't want the beautiful day to go to waste nor spend it inside the apartment and since walking relieves the back pain, walk i must.
i loved the bare branches, which seemed to sparkle in the bright sunshine, against the blue sky. the cyclist was a surprise but a welcome addition to the photograph. also, upon closer examination, there were little buds on the bare branches. spring, at last, showed itself.
i apologize if you're reading this and it's crappy where you are.

Great, great color!! Spring is coming to Toronto. Not here. The sun was out, but I still have to wear my winter jacket out there. No buds on trees here yet either. Hope that we don't go from Winter to Summer. I love Spring.

@karenann - we also need to still wear that heavy pestering winter jackets. tonight partner and i walked and got ice cream walking back home. darn my hands got too cold! thank you, KA.
Love the blue and the fact that the bicyclist's jacket was the same color! We didn't have totally blue skies this weekend, but the weather was much warmer and the air smelled of spring.
