double bill by summerfield

double bill

as you can see, bill is trying to catch up with himself. i don't know why he bothers when he knows it's a losing proposition because no one can actually catch up with him/herself. ever.

the challenge this week for the 52-week challenge is a portrait incorporating movement.

we walked down to the betty sutherland trail park just across the don mills. i wanted to get some panning shots of bill on his bicycle but he was lazy to bring the bloody bike, so i made him run. tee-hee! the old guy can run. for about three metres then his knee acts up. the bicyclists, the runners, the joggers and the walkers-by must've been wondering what kind of nuts we are taking photos of each other running. well, he shot me, too, if you are so inclined to look.

thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are greatly appreciated.
Well, I almost caught up! :-P

This made me think of Dr. Seuss' "Thing One" and "Thing Two". In their grown-up years.

You two seem to always be having fun and I love it (and following your projects too). :)

What a clever concept and terrific execution. I love that you caught him in two different poses for this composition.

Super job getting the double exposure for the challenge. @vera365 I have to agree with Vera creative mind.
