one of those scratch your head moments. i was focusing on the moon, the image in the screen kept moving. then a plane that just got off the airport flew by on the far right and that's when it turned blue then purple and the shutter clicked.
alright, i know the plane didn't do it. or maybe it wasn't a plane. hmmm....interesting. very interesting indeed!
I was enjoying this mystery and thinking of storytelling possibilities when I made the mistake of googling purple moon. Urban dictionary ruined it for me and I shall never again be able to read this title without cringing. Some people just don’t even live in our world.
Gorgeous image. My guess is that the plane passing by changed the white balance in a way that made the moon purple. Off to see what @pandorasecho found. I may be back!
