i'm surprised this came out quite nice despite the window pane being rather dirty from the outside. the nice thing with the balcony renovation is that i can see what's going on in the street below, i.e., the traffic, and at the courtyard of the manor. the manor is quite popular as a wedding reception venue.
they've poured concrete already on the balconies and they're finishing off on the lower floors now. as soon as the concrete passes inspection, the railings will be installed. end of november is still their target opening date.
